It's imperative in today's world that we engage our learning with technology in order to market ourselves in the business world, being that technology is used in every industry in our world today. Every student will benefit from this course and receive certification upon completion. Our courses teach proficiency in essential PC software and hardware usage, including:
• Hardware knowledge to the point of being able to build a computer from the ground up
• Network, Anti-virus, and general PC troubleshooting and maintenance
• How to use your own images and a website builder to create a website for yourself
• Proficiency with email management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

T.C.U. offers affordable and convenient services that can repair your computer to be ready for online classes, teach you to maneuver through them and your computer comfortably, and help prepare you to compete in the career of your choice.
Grievance Policy
If a student or faculty member has a grievance that needs to be addressed, the student/faculty member must submit their grievance in writing on a grievance form.
Within 3 working days Administration will respond in writing/email or by certified mail. A meeting will be set up for all parties to attend to discuss alleged grievance.
Refund Policy
TCU offers a 100% refund within 5 days of registering for classes. After 5 days the student will only receive 75% refund.
